✅ Leadership Skills – Experience in managing educational programs and leading within a school setting.
✅ Excellent Communication – Ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and fellow staff members.
✅ Administrative Experience – Previous school administration experience is an added advantage.

🔹 Work closely with the principal and Board of Management to ensure curriculum implementation.
🔹 Foster strong relationships with parents, the community, and school stakeholders.
